We LOVED Bubby's, and so did our guests! Great food, great atmosphere. JoJo and Carlos were so helpful and responsive, reassuring me during the stressful planning process. During the week of my wedding, they were so easygoing and helped with all of our last-minute needs. They complied with all of our little requests -- I didn't have to worry about a thing during my reception. I keep saying that other than deciding to marry, this was one of our best choices. Everything was so easy and wonderful. The staff there is amazing -- in the run-up to our wedding, they were nothing but supportive and reassuring and made everything seem effortless. Every request was met with a "yes." JoJo was so accessible throughout the process, which helped ease worries. The place looked FABULOUS without much spent on decorations, and nearly every guest has complimented us on the food, even our snootiest and pickiest eaters. It just felt magical. We also used the photobooth to do our guest book, and we will treasure it forever!

I don't have enough words to express how happy we were with Bubby's and everyone that worked there. JoJo, the event coordinator, responds to emails in under 24 hours (usually) and is nothing short of sweet, friendly, and accommodating. Carlos, the head manager, took care of us from the first time we walked in the door in February (he saw us looking at the catering menu before we chose our dinner entrees and offered us a tour) until the very last guest left the night of our wedding. The guests are not only raving about the food (which was freaking awesome!), the views, and the space - but also about the service. This was my absolute dream spot and it surpassed all expectations. Bubby's treats you and your guests like family.

Wow, I just can’t say enough good stuff about Jojo, Carlos, and all the staff at Bubby’s. They were so professional, so friendly, so awesome. The pics from the venue you can see in their Picasa album speak for themselves, the space is great, homey, but totally impressive at the same time. The food was awesome and everybody raved. A couple of times Carlos gave me gentle (and welcome) hints to make sure everything was going on schedule, and at the end of the night they even all lined up by the door to say goodbye to the guests, it was just above and beyond, I love them. Oh – and they had put all my leftover cupcakes in little to-go boxes by the door!

What a wonderful evening we had at Bubby's last Thursday. It is such a lovely venue, with great views on Manhattan. Our out-of-town guests were quite struck by it all. The food was excellent. I just wanted to tell you how wonderful this wedding was. Yes Anthony and Elizabeth were the main attraction and a beautiful couple. That being said, I believe your staff was by far Fabulous! You as the manager of the establishment and all of your staff should be very proud. I have not stopped talking about how accommodating every member of your staff was.... They were all very personable, approachable, and always had smiles on their faces. Not to mention the food was incredible! When the event was over, I LOVED that they all stood in line at the door to thank us! Wow! I thought I should be thanking them for going above and beyond to make all of us happy! Which we all were! Every person in our family raved the following morning about how much they loved Bubbys! I go to the city often and I will make the effort to come to Bubbys in Brooklyn again with my friends.
