Ok, you’re out late, you’re having fun, you and your buds want to keep on going for just a little while longer, but you’re a little hungry. What do you do? If you’re hanker- ing for a dose of high carb pancakes, or a piece of smoky bacon, or a Hollandaise-y benedict, or a juicy grass-fed beef burger, or a fine steak, you can come down to Bubby’s for Midnight Brunch. Starting April 17th, Bubby’s serves Midnight Brunch until 7am. You can grab a last beer of the night, or gird your hangover with a spicy bloody mary, or give yourself a chance to sober up a little with a cup of fine organic shade grown coffee.

Starting April 17th, Tuesday through Sunday, Bubby’s Midnight Brunch!

Have you ever seen a restaurant where even the Soda Pop is made from scratch?  We haven’t. Except Bubby’s, that is.  All of Bubby’s soda pop, our Cola, Root Beer, Ginger Ale, is made from scratch, sweetened with cane sugar.  We even have a Calibaut Chocolate Soda. We formulated all of them ourselves, which means that there is no corporation putting their thumb on our soda gun. Not only do we offer those pops, but we have a wide assortment of fruit presses from lemon, lime, and fresh squeezed pineapple, to fresh squeezed Cranberry.  AND, we always have some sweet seasonal soda to try, like our Blood Orange Press, or Pink Grapefruit Press.

After several years of work, Bubby’s Homemade Pies cookbook is available on September 3rd. The book is completely full of recipes that are delicious, and fun to make.  It is a great compendium on pie making, taking you through all the complexities and nuances of pastry, to making your own graham crackers for crumbs, as well as explaining just who this Dr. Graham of cracker fame was.
